First off all enable passcode on your device if already set then skip the option.if you don,t set the passcode it will ask you for icloud id pasward.
Now go to setting,Apps,safari,in safari scroll down to last option advance option,enable web inspector,
Now open safari browser and type Icloud.com,on opening it will ask you for sign in, don,t sign in
